Easy to carry and have it after workout. There is a taste for sure and don’t need as much as the creatine monohydrate. Also no bloating. I take it for muscle building and brain fog etc. I am in perimenopause and all my friends have said about brain fog but I haven’t had this. Thanks to creatine. This is definitely more potent

I enjoyed this créatine but my reason for four stars is that the black pepper that’s added to enhance it, is very tangy. So it’s a taste to get used to - not one to pop in your coffee without knowing it’s there!
