Salty Fig & Roasted Almond contains no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols like erythritol or xylitol, no highly processed inulin, no artificial flavours or colours, no industrial emulsifiers such as soy lecithin, and no palm oil or refined industrial oils. Each nut butter chocolate has on average 80% less sugar than a regular chocolate bar, without replacing it with synthetic substitutes, using instead a small touch of dates—2g or less per piece—for gentle natural sweetness. The recipe focuses on nut purées infused with herbs, plants, flowers and fruits, all coated in artisanal single-origin chocolate made in France with ethically sourced cacao from cooperatives in Ecuador and São Tomé, fully traceable from source to bar.
