High quality but unpleasant taste
I have no doubt in the strength of these vitamins but unfortunately the taste was absolutely awful and unbearable. I had to bin these so wouldn’t recommend!

Suggested use

I'm usually very sceptical about supplements claiming big things but I read a lot about liposomal absorption and decided to give this a proper go. I was feeling constantly drained, juggling work and my masters was taking its toll. after about three weeks I genuinely noticed i wasn't hitting that 3pm wall anymore.
