London, UK, 25 June 2026: Last weekend, Healf brought together some of the world's leading voices in wellbeing — neuroscientists, dermatologists, hormone specialists and performance coaches among them — for a weekend packed with talks and workshops exploring the future of health and wellbeing.
At 180 Studios in London, over 4,000 attendees listened to and asked questions at fireside chats, talks, and presentations that tapped into the future of female ageing, manifestation, gut health, the oral microbiome and more. Andrew Huberman shared the best piece of advice he's ever received, Dr. Tara Swart and Rose Ferguson, Healf's Resident Functional Medicine Practitioner, went deep on the neuroscience of intuition, Gary Brecka taught an audience of 500+ about the power of methylation, and Dr. Rhonda Patrick explained why vitamin D and omega-3 are essential for healthy ageing. Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell even made an appearance, exploring and learning about some of the most innovative new wellbeing products at the Brand Village.
Across two days of programming, experts converged on four themes for where wellbeing is heading — and what attendees should be paying attention to next.
Expert insight into the future of wellbeing
- The mind must come first: across the weekend, thought leaders increasingly linked brain health to total system balance, with skin pioneer Dr. Barbara Sturm detailing how "happiness is anti-inflammatory" and Roxie Nafousi sharing new science on gratitude as an immunity modifier.
- Women's health is just getting started: in The Female Blueprint panel, Dr. Alicia Robbins shared that despite women often having to make eight trips to the doctor for clarity on their menopause journey, we are finally turning a corner — experts broke down science-backed habits for hormone balance at every life stage, and referenced exciting new clinically-tested products in the pipeline.
- Breath is the beginning: when Andrew Huberman was asked how to protect the wellbeing of our children, his answer was simple: "teach them the physiological sigh." Citing breathwork as the bedrock of system calm and better sleep, he shared that "if I had learned that when I was 11 or 12, that would have saved me in so many domains of life."
- The age of anti-optimisation is here: echoing the sentiments of our new print magazine, The Source, every expert agreed that the age of hyper-optimisation and endless wellbeing hacks is over. Leaders like Max Lugavere emphasised that while "people are distracted by the endlessly complex protocol, health is a lot simpler — it comes down to the basics."
Brands brought their innovations to the floor
Beyond the panels, HX26's Brand Village gave attendees hands-on access to what's coming next in wellbeing tech and formulation. Attendees explored the latest sleep tech with Eight Sleep, tried on the new Oura rings, learned about the power of hydrogen water from The Ultimate Human Wellness, and tested out vagus nerve stimulation from Nurosym.
HX26 marks a continued investment in Healf's physical presence, coming just weeks after the company opened an exclusive retail concession in Selfridges, London. Lestat McCree, co-founder and CEO at Healf, said: “Healf exists to empower wellbeing for everyone, and HX26 is the live version of the very best our company, community, and industry have to offer. We’ve brought together the world’s best experts, cutting-edge science and truly immersive experiences to help people discover what actually works for them. It’s about making wellbeing more personal, more credible and more impactful.”
From experts talking about how to view data as a tool that enhances the foundations, or the importance of dedicating more time to finding what works for you, the entire event underpinned Healf's core philosophy — wellbeing is personal. And as Huberman stated so aptly in his keynote speech: "I think that we need more people being scientists of themselves."
